Piaget and Children

Jean Piaget, a Swiss biologist and psychologist made a significant contribution in understanding how children learn. This course is about how children learn and the stages of cognitive development or how children acquire knowledge. Then the course examines the application of Piaget’s ideas in the classroom by teachers which also may be applied by parents in the home.
